Like our Sniper Ghillie Pants, the Sniper Ghillie Jacket is a "Propper" brand jacket that is constructed of our Jute Threads and sewn to a Military BDU 4 pocket coat, much like our Ghillie Suit Jacket. The attached threads cover the entire back of the jacket cover the arms, shoulders, and torso. The hood is attached and thumb loops are attached into the cuff of the sleeves for crawling through rough terrain. The chest and forearms have a 1000 Denier Cordura Plus material attached for extra support in crouched and laying situations. The Cordura "Plus" has a urethane coating for water resistance. The Hood is made similarly to the Ghillie Poncho and has Jute thread attached to a 1" x 1" webbing sewn to the Jacket. This allows for ventilation by allowing air to pass through; which allows for better hearing. The buttons on the chest have been replaced by Velcro to keep the jacket secured. This lets you crawl more comfortably through terrain. Jacket is treated with flame retardant and weighs only 6 lbs. If "Propper" brand is unavailable, "Tru-Spec" Brand will be used.
