INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
We recommend you choose UPS for you shipping method, because its the fastest, guaranteed and insured. USPS GLOBAL EMS on the other hand is not guaranteed nor insured. The reason for this is because a USPS package will go through SEVERAL carriers, before it reaches its - causing unexpected and indefinite delays.

DELAYS IN ORDER PROCESSING:

Will do everything to prevent delays; but you have to help us out on your end. Here are mistakes that can prevent your package from being delayed.

  1. Payment: Ensure you go through the process fully & completely, we only begin to process orders once payment is received.
     

  2. Incorrect credit card information.
     

  3. Incorrect address
    We will ship to whatever address is on file; make sure the "Ship-To" and "Billing Address" are the same. Failure will cause delays, because we will have contact you to confirm your address
     

  4. Improper grammar, misspellings, lack of information.
    We process your order the same day its received, incorrect information will cause delays.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by GhillieGear.com. before any products are returned. Your satisfaction is our number one concern. On International Orders, any CUSTOMS FEES are the responsibility of the purchaser NOT GhillieGear.com

We do allow returns/exchanges, though a few reminders:

  1. All Returns need to be made within 10 days of receipt of the item with tracking, anything beyond that cannot be returned.

    Review the product and package - ensure it is exactly what you ordered & received
     

  2. Return/Exchange form must be filled out.

    Once the form/return/exchange is accepted, we will issue you a "Return Authorization Number" - RAN
     

  3. All returns must be accompanied by a RAN. a RAN must be clearly labeled on the package. We will not accept it without one, as we will have to assume it was an unauthorized return.
     

  4. Product(s) must not be open and must be in their original packaging.
     

  5. a Restocking fee will apply to your return/exchange of:

    > Shipping Costs + 15% for Exchanges

  6. We reserve the right to reject exchanges or returns for any reason.

If the method chosen by the buyer for returns does not include tracking or insurance the buyer agrees to assume the risk of the item being lost in transit and a refund cannot be issued until the item is returned to GhillieGear.com in perfect condition including box, tags, manuals etc. where applicable and not worn, damaged, or used in any way that would inhibit the ability to resell the item.
     

  8. We will give an address to ship the package, then e-mail us the tracking number.

How to Get a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

When requiring a Return or Exchange, please follow these steps to expedite the process.

  1. Download, complete, email Return/Exchange Form

  2. E-mail form to Matt to receive an RAN

  3. Wait for our response to proceed

  4. Pay Fee

  5. Wait for our instructions on where to ship the product to.

  6. Ship returned products (your responsibility to choose between tracking and no-tracking, insurance and no insurance. If we do not receive the product, you will not get a refund.

  7. Email us the tracking information

  8. Once we receive the products, allow up to 72 hours for us to issue a refund. Refunds will be made with the method of payment - ie. You paid with a credit card, your refund will be via credit card.
